There are warrior classes like the Crusader and Berserker, magical classes like Priest and Mage, and of course the Ranger for those who like bows. Whatever the game's faults may be, at least the world and structures of Bless Unleashed's Lumios are pleasing enough to look at and experience.īless Unleashed naturally features different classes and races and they're all pretty standard for an MMO game. This is also true of the game's enemies, which become more ferocious in appearance as their difficulty increases. Each city within the game is distinct in appearance, creating a sense of individuality and diversity that lends credibility to the fictional cultures present. Speaking of the world, Bless Unleashed's graphics are impressive for a console title. And what the story lacks in originality or execution it makes up for in available lore. MMO games aren't exactly known for their deep and intricate plots, though, and Bless Unleashed's works well enough. It's not exactly an original storyline and its story beats aren't all that fresh either. So if the tutorial / intro already gives you trouble, don't bother to continue.Bless Unleashed's main questline puts players in the shoes of the Pyreborn, an epic hero who must defeat an evil goddess and save the world.

Only then the full potential of the game unveils and 99% don't reach this point. In the end of the first story part (that took me roughly 50 hours to reach), there waits a really tricky endboss fight that tests your suitability for end content. Killing crocodiles for an evening can be a way to finally being able to progress the main quest. Much more than in any other 'modern' MMO. If you overcame this first hurdle, you would also have to grind a lot. However darksouls is much less forgiving. Fighting big bosses is a bit like darksouls, managing stamina for your evasion rolls and also beeing able to read the moves of the boss. Your crosshair will turn red if your shots are going to hit the target. This way it will be much easier to keep the boss in sight. In options put the camera sensitivity to max. The game is pretty rough to get into - especially if you ever planning to see the later content. The bottom line is that as a priest I was unable to make a dent in the cyclops’ defenses so I eventually gave up. And to make matters tougher I lacked half the skills I had as a mage! I haven’t any clue why. Now, I will say that I created a priest and experienced the same issue of being unable to lock on. (When my measly mage skills weren’t in cool down that is.) Lol. Then - FMD! - wasn’t I having a gay old time just trying to evade the cyclops & lock on, which, more often than not, just turned my character the wrong way! That meant I could neither see where the cyclops was, nor determine what he was up to, nor evade him, nor lock on in response. That last part isn’t a problem, really! What made the prologue such a pain in the booty was the wonky target lock system. little old me, a level 0 mage with pitifully limited skills.

The finale is with a level 40 cyclops vs. I have played the prologue before, a semi-arena setting in which the character is caught in a dream, pitted against baddies with progressive levels of skill. It’s my destiny in life to be the last person to know.

That having been said, if I have missed the point or haven’t figured out something that’s obvious to everyone else, my bad. If there is something that I don’t like, I don’t complain. Mostly I putter along & mind my own business.
